LUDD (also referred to in this document as "we") provides server hosting, tech courses, terminal access and more to all students and staff at LTU that wish to become members.
This privacy policy shows our policy with respect to the information we store about our members.
The following are the datapoints you provide when you become a member:

Other than this we also store video surveillance footage from our cameras, this is to prevent and detect tampering, vandalism or theft in LUDD's facilities.
We use your information to supply useful services to you, such as server hosting and access to our hackerspace.
All user data is stored and processed on LUDD's servers.
LUDD will never give out your data to any third party except when complying with a court order from the Swedish authorities.
If you would like to know who inside the society has access to what part of your data space, please contact a member of the board.
All members in LUDD have the right to change the following personal information through vortex:
If you wish to request a copy of the personal information associated with your account send an email to the board (see the "Contact us" heading in this document) where you supply proof of identity and proof that you are either a student or part of the staff at LTU.
We reserve the right to require your presence at our hackerspace, A1401 at LTU, to verify your identity.
We can not remove specific parts of your data from our systems. Therefore, if you would like to have parts or all of your data removed we have to terminate your account. Note that paid memberships fees and BOSCH money will not be repaid.
We reserve the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. We therefore recommend that members review this policy from time to time to keep up to date
