What is LCNet

LCNet or Luleå Campus Network is a network of student-owned computers hooked up to the schools internet line. The bandwidth is currently 1000/1000 mb/s.

Rules and Regulations

LCNet is under the common rules for Sunet and LTU. With an added point that you (the computer owner) are liable for any network activity from and to your computer.

How to get your computer on LCNet

1. Sign the current LCNet agreement avalible at LUDD.
2. Contact the LCNet administrators (e.g. via telegram) to book a time for installation.
3. Meet up with an LCNet administrator for installation. They should give you any necessary information for configuring your computer.
